Counseling Innovations now offers a 10-week split format program for anger which includes 5 individual sessions and 5 group sessions.  This evidence based approach will help individuals learn the skills necessary to:
-Undermine patterns of avoidance
-Clarify and move towards values
-Moderate the intensity of anger and more.
